Cottages/Rates

All of our modern housekeeping cottages are on level lakeshore with beautiful views of Deer Lake. Included with each cabin are: bed linens, kitchen towels, dish soap, pots, pans, and silverware, coffee maker, and microwave.

Reservation Information:
   Boats, Motors, Docks:
           8hp. motor - $25/day, $90/week
            If you rent a motor you get a boat for free. A boat separately is $50/week or $15/daily. 
            

   Day Visitor Charge:
            For the privacy and security of our resort guests, please let us know if you are expecting visitors. All visitors must register at office. There is a $10/day per person day visitor charge.

   Check in time 
            3:00 p.m. (no earlier please) Allow us to keep to the high standards of cleanliness that you expect when you arrive.
    Check out time 
            9:30 a.m. (no later please)

   Deposit Policy:
             A deposit is required for each cottage that you rent. Telephone reservations will be held for 5 days so deposits can be made. We accept personal checks, travelers checks, money orders, and cash.
             In case of a cancellation, the deposit will be returned only if the cottage is rented for the same length of time by another party. If you do not arrive on your scheduled arrival date, your cottage will be held only for the length of time covered by your deposit. 
             Balance of cottage rental is due upon check in.
             Rates do not include Wisconsin sales or local taxes.
             NO PETS - Since children and strange animals do not mix, we cannot allow any guest or visitor pets.
